Montessori Pedagogy

1. Follow children --- Children have inherent innate vitality. And we follow them, observe them, meet their needs, and constantly preparing the environment for them.

2. Respect children --- We respect their personality, respect their individual differences, respect their spontaneous activities, help children’s intelligence, physical and personality development, and form an independent personality.

3. Catch the sensitive period of children. We observe the phenomenon of children’s sensitive periods and give a proper stimulation, the development of more effective, while brought children joy and pleasure.

4. Protect concentration and imagination --- On the basis of free choice, we observe and plan for children.

1. 跟随儿童 -- 儿童存在着与生俱来的“内在生命力”，我们遵循儿童吸收性心智特点，透过观察孩子的需求，不断的准备适合的环境。

2. 尊重儿童-- 我们尊重儿童的个性、尊重个体差异，尊重其自发性活动，帮助儿童的智力、体力、个性自然发展，形成独立人格。

3. 把握儿童敏感期 -- 幼儿时期其实就是不断习得能力的过程，我们观察儿童敏感期现象并给其适当的刺激，使其获得事半功倍的发展，同时带给儿童无限乐趣。

4. 保护专注力、培养想想象力 -- 在儿童「自由选择」基础上，观察并制定个案计划，透过预备好的环境使其头脑中储备丰富具体的形象，为充分想象提供条件。
